• By accepting an offer from L1M Supply you accept these full terms and conditions.
• L1M Supply will not be bound by any offer until after an order is confirmed in writing.
• All product images are the best possible representation of the product and L1M Supply is not responsible for any misinterpretation of the images.
• Full payment must be received by L1M Supply not later than 30 days after invoice date. In the case of delayed payment L1M Supply is entitled to a monthly interest rate of 2%, starting 30 days from invoice date.
  Ownership to all goods delivered remains with L1M Supply for as long as customer has not fulfilled all payment obligations.
• Customer agrees to indemnify L1M Supply for all claims of third parties with regard to goods delivered by L1M Supply.
